• Returns are accepted within 72 Hours of delivery for eligible items.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
 

• Custom or made-to-order garments (e.g., bridal lehengas, personalized sizing)

• Sale or discounted items

• Accessories, innerwear, and final sale products
  
   

Refunds
 

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your return.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
